Considering taking ona project that is well beyond my expertise: There is an app that I wish to use on a current distro, but it ONLY is available as a Ubuntu 18.04 package. How complicated would it be to rebuild that as an appimage? Is source required, or can it be done from the package(s)? Would an appimage build from 18.04 be useable, say, on SuSE? TIA!
