[DM-MUG] wondering about my eMac's CD drive and PRAM?

Get an IDE optical drive from OWC (http://macsales.com/) for $30 and replace the drive. It's pretty easy to replace but you need to make sure you discharge the CRT while working on it so you don't electrocute yourself.
