[DM-MUG] wondering about my eMac's CD drive and PRAM?

I have an older eMac.Lately it has sopped recognizing the combo drive. I put a CD in and no drive noise and then spits it out.I reset the PRAM. Since it is a eMac that uses Open Firmware I boot and type in commands.This worked once and got the drive working. But now it doesn't work again. I have tried to get the drive to work again - and now no luck.Any suggestions?Geoff Stevens
