The Model M8419 is indeed the ADC connector, if it is not the ADC then it is the older DVI-D that was Pre-January 2003.
Here is your only option IF it is ADC:

You need this box that converts the ADC connection that is on the Cinema display and then have the little adapter that converts THAT into the port on your macbook.
Now, if it is DVI-D then that IIRC is just a standard DVI connection and the adapter apple sells on their website would work.
