I think you mean Adobe ePub.
Due to the DRM involved maybe not, but ePub is the standard that Apple uses for iBooks (and is a general industry standard, unlike the kindle file format) so Nooks and iPads should be able to read the format, but the DRM may not allow anything but Adobe.
