[DM-MUG] replacement for iWeb

For now I plan on continuing to use iWeb, since it still functions, though I've long been tempted to start simply editing the files by hand once initial layout was done.
There are multiple layers here: the software is as functional as it ever was, it just won't be updated (if the rumors are true).
It does have a special tie-in with MobileMe hosting services and those are going away in about a year. I've never used those, except experimentally I was thinking of moving the band's site there, since I already had the mobile me account and it is a static site w/o things requiring php/etc. I now have a year to think that through as well.
