I am using Appigo ToDo on iPhone and iPad and Mac, syncing with Toodledo  (can sync other ways as well) so I have web access as well including a nice mobile web interface. 

A number of GTD apps sync with Toodledo, and Toodledo has their own iOS app which is rather clunky.

There are Lite (demo) versions of Appigo Todo and perhaps Toodledo's app, not sure of the later'

I had been using EasyTask in iPhone and Mac and later iPad but it became obvious that it was a hobby for the author not a product, and upgrades were few and far between and it was missing necessary features and had a few bugs. The web interface was useless.
