[DM-MUG] GTD

I'm currently using Evernote for my GTD solution. I use tag
conventions for projects and contexts. Any tags that start with '@'
are contexts, for example, '@calls' and '@outdoors'. I use '#' to
identify projects, for example '#public_course' and
'#performance_testing'. I use normal tags for day to day things like
'receipts', 'apple'. I also have folders for current work in process
and name them with a limit, Personal Kanban style.

That said, it's not perfect. I'd like to be able to change the theme, for one, but that's irrelevant to using it for it's intended purpose. Setting up global hotkeys (ala Alfred or Quicksilver, etc.) adds the only thing I really liked about OmniFocus and the mail and browser integration is excellent if you need to track such rings as part of a project, or for followup, etc.

I have tried several and they have all been lacking in one way or another for me until my favorite desktop app got an iPhone pairing with screaming fast sync: The Hit List. I'm finally Getting Things Done in style and in a way that works the way my brain does.
