I started to write up what drop box is, but they do a much better job explaining their product than I do. In a sentence, it is a folder of your files that magically syncs between your Mac, the web, your phone, and your pad along with the ability to share those files with others. It's free. Check out their tour here: https://www.dropbox.com/tour.
I'm guessing it would be an ideal place to keep your book database.

I guess my book database I kept on iDisk will be defunct on my iPhone now when I'm shopping...... Dang! I really liked that!!! I will hang in there learning. Another questions (remember, as a teacher I don't think any question is DUMB, but is the Dropbox you were talking about anything connected to the new iCloud?
