[DM-MUG] does anyone have a comment on DropBox?

If it is a one-time deal, you might consider using YouSendIt. That allows you to send large attachments via email. It creates a link for you that exists temporarily and then it deletes the attachment after a while.
For one time deals, I typically use YouSendIt. If it is an ongoing collaboration, I have been using one shared folder on DropBox. Before, I used drop.io, but that service is no longer available.
It is my understanding that DropBox claims to be very serious about security since they want people to use it on the cloud. I haven't seen anything yet that claims they haven't done their job. It is up to you whether you feel comfortable with their claims or not.
Thanks,
Stuart
