Do you mean VPN? Assuming you do, then you'd want to look for one of these
tools:

 * Super simple, not awesome security: PopTop, a free PPTP VPN.
 * Very secure, step up in difficulty: OpenVPN. For Mac OS you can use the
TunnelBlick VPN client. There are clients for Windows too.

I think there are others, someone on another mail list suggested the
"Untangled" vpn appliance. I don't know if it will run on your Mac Server.
