[DM-MUG] VPN companies

Hi, 

In the "Tale Control of Your Wi-Fi Security" Engst & Fleishman mention two VPN services. 

		WiTopia"s PersonalVPN (http://www.witopia.net/) and
		PublicVPN. com (http://www.publicvpn.com/)

Has anyone had experience with either of these? WiTopia's is simpler to setup but the configuration on PublicVPN.com is step by step in the Network app. Price is not a lot different bit PublcVPN is monthly or annually but WiTopia is only yearly but still reasonable.
