[DM-MUG] web sharing on my compuster

I have a web site in the "sites" folder on my computer. When I turn browser sharing on in Sharing it tells me to use 10.0.1.6/~rbowler2/  to allow others on the network to access the web site. It works fine if I use that address on my computer but the other two computers on the network cannot find it and neither can a computer at anther location.  I am accessing the internet through my Airport Extreme in a Time Capsule. I think I would need the router address to get this to work over the internet but don't know how to find it or put it into the URL for others to use. Any ideas?
