[DM-MUG] 3mb versus 12mb downloads

too lazy to keep the actual numbers in my head, but know that my folks' wifi connection in another town is SLOW, but still works with netflix.  but anyone wanting to play content from comedy central needs a much higher than average bb connection. 

wish the u.s. had old fashioned gumption to lead. wouldn't it be great to access the web at s. Korean speeds?
