Great and many thanks Ray for taking this on.  Perhaps also simple 
links to help people join the listserve = it appears that people 
would rather do virtual meetings via emails and lists for now = which 
is fine in part - but we should make it easy for people to join the 
listserve [maybe not a harvestable url but something that lets people 
know where to go]

I like the idea of joining Bryan and Jon and maybe we could make a 
special occasion of it - when the snow stops flying.
