My opinion is that if you had to install a driver to access the device then
you probably need to talk to WiebeTech. If you did not install a driver then
you can probably go to either Apple or WiebeTech. Apple, the driver's
developer, should not cause the OS to fault when something unusual happens
with a device. They should fix that. However, WiebeTech is more familiar
with the hardware and are more likely to know what is causing the issue and
how to correct it.
