[DM-MUG] Server Upgrade - Mailing list situation

I've tried moving people to Google Groups and it can be quite a
challenge. Many people don't realize that they can have a Google
Account without having a gmail address. Therefore they sign up for a
gmail address and then don't check it.

Since this is a low-traffic mailing list, I'd suggest sticking it out
unless the mailing list migration is going to be quite long.
