[DM-MUG] Using iPad to 'burrow back' to the office to get and read PDFs

I know this can be done, but not precisely how -- my sister's boss 
has an iPad and wants to travel with it but does need to be able to 
get back into the office for pdfs if desired == the office is on 
Citrix/Microsoft Exchange.

My thought on burrowing was LogMeIn - but I don't know if that's the 
only or best option.
On PDFs I found older emails this year discussing those and did send 
that info on but if there's something new and better that'd be fine...

[by the way, I did get the MacUpdate promo bundle and used Sharetool 
while I was out of town = for some wierd readon I could not do 
'backtomymac' - but Sharetool worked just fine.]
