[DM-MUG] black marks on laser output

I have a similar problem with an HP Color Laserjet 4500. Recently, I removed and cleaned all of the toner cartridges, transfer belt, and even imaging drum. However, when I ran some prints yesterday, the streaking had returned. So I would be interested in any insight you may obtain about this.
