[DM-MUG] been hacked?

Hey Group, 

My wife was looking for something on the internet and a black screen with a Turkish flag saying YOU'VE BEEN HACKED by playboy288nj (or something like that) some writing at the bottom with a fuck you! I didn't read the whole thing when my wife showed it to me - I deleted the page and deleted the page the history in Safari.

Does that mean the hacker got through my fire wall. Should I get anti spyware and virus protection software? 

What do you guys think?
