I'm not a lawyer but I will have to check the list archives and see if there is any information that could be of help.
The S300M seems great so far. For the time being, I am just looking for a solution for my personal documents. Do you think DEVONthink would be overkill?
It almost seems like a folder based system using the Finder/Spotlight would be a good way to start for now. From what I can tell, this is about the only solution that allows for complete data portability. Once I've started using DEVONthink or NeatWorks it would be a great hassle to change my mind.
