PS100699 ­ Technology Support Specialist: Full-time position available
providing agency-wide technology support, based in the Johnston office.
Qualified applicants must be experienced with Macintosh and Windows software
and hardware with an emphasis on the Macintosh platform. Responsibilities
will include supporting the Johnston office¹s computer lab, checkout of
computers and public access computers in the Johnston office and assisting
with the computer help desk support system. The position will also provide
staff members agency-wide with technical support. The scope of technical
assistance will include computers, copiers, fax machines, label writers,
telephone and video conferencing systems, mobile devices and printers. The
position requires strong verbal and written communication skills and the
ability to work effectively with people in individual and small group
