[DM-MUG] Voice To Text Software

Is there any good (but not hugely expensive) voice recognition  
software for the Mac? I took a tumble and am having hand surgery on  
Friday with pin placement in my little finger on my right (dominant)  
hand and the three other fingers are severely sprained. This happened  
the night before I returned for another round of chemotherapy as my  
cancer has returned. I currently type with my left hand and right  
thumb... yuck!! I want to "dictate" and have it transformed into text.

Any good liability lawyer recommendations?
