[DM-MUG] iPad video/audio Q

from my sister, a Q ref. how to have video & audio working on the 
iPad...as easy as possible

>we are providing iPads to our Advisory Board members
>we have cdsdvds [videos with audio, just like  a movie] with the 
>presentations of our Annual Meeting we would like to load on said 
>iPads
>we cannot do it through iTunes for a variety of reasons
>Quiktime is on the machine, but not sure we can install the cd/dvd contents
; chances are there really isn't a way outside of iTunes and 
apparently that can't be done without wiping whatever is in one's 
iTune account already out - according to Apple

I would think this is something other enterprise organizations have 
figured out - some sort of place where the audio/video 'movies' are 
placed and the iPad syncs to it?  Evernote would work for that.  Any 
other suggestions???
