No, it's not a flash issue. Here is the screenshot I took of it (My computer
running Ubuntu has no browser plugin for Windows Media):

The fact is that MS makes it quite easy and affordable to use Windows Media
technologies for streaming media. If you work in an office with mostly
Windows computers then it's easy to say, "here's a plugin that they say
works, get it."

I agree with Jeremy that this is only one of the many problems with KCCI's
website.
