What kind of mac are you using? I havent had any video problems using safari or firefox on kcci or any site that uses flash or wmv's for a while now, maybe uninstall flipformac and see how it works without it.

Also I think that google analytics is not good for normal browsing, like "enable java error messages" grinds you to a halt if you are just surfing. 

If I download a vid I too use VLC because it seems to have a usable version of most of the codec's out there.
