[DM-MUG] Video Cameras that work with Mac

We've been using a Panasonic for a couple of years and it turns out 
good results and works well with out iMAc.

Hi, I am looking at getting a video camera (preferably one with a hard 
drive type memory instead of tape). I have heard that some cameras 
don't work well with Macs and some do. I am wondering if any of you 
would have any experience with this and might be able to suggest where 
I can find a good list of what works and what doesn't or share about 
your personal experience with any particular type of video camera? I 
am looking at something more for home use than for professional use.

Any suggestions you might have would be appreciated!
