[DM-MUG] Blanking out the monitor/screen for ScreenFlow/Cast?

If you have 10.5+ you can use spaces to create a "clean" desktop, or  
10.4 or lower you can creat a new user account and use fast user  
switching. Just a suggestion. Chris
