[DM-MUG] Blanking out the monitor/screen for ScreenFlow/Cast?

I was thinking of doing a ScreenFlow/cast but the problem is my 
desktop has a fair amount of stuff on it - I can clean some off but 
is there some way [a different user?] to 'clean off' the desktop and 
just have a fairly nondescript one??  The shared user or creating a 
new user just for this purpose??  Other ideas to hide all the stuff 
on the top [some of which is private, client related stuff]
