[DM-MUG] Odd MacBook Pro behavior

Often, after I play computer games, odd things happen to my computer. The most common is that the alignment between the computer and the TV screen it is hooked up to has to be reset. Sometimes the hot corners don't work and a couple of days ago, the mouse couldn't drag things. I tried restarting the computer but it didn't work until I completely shut the computer off and started it again the next day.

I don't think this is connected to the games, but another thing that concerns me is that distinctness of the type seems to be faded. 

Any comments from you computer whizes?
