[DM-MUG] OT: Des Moines Register Panorama

It's just an image that is overlayed onto the panaorma after the
images are processed. Looks like they used a pretty high end / modern
system for taking these kinds of pictures. Notice how there are lots
of things around the camera that could be moving but appear frozen.
