[DM-MUG] .jpg batch processing

I wanted to see if there was a way for automator tor to

1. Recognize RAW or Recognize DNG 
2. Convert batches of RAW or DNG files into jpg, tif, bmp, or png.

The info I found only converts RAW into DNG. So not ideal. Any one have any ideas?

I don't know how to write or create scripts or applescript to try achieving this myself. I'm not quite that advanced.
