Ray:
A Blue & White G3 will use any VGA monitor. It doesn't *have* to be a
matching Apple monitor. This might be a good time to move over to an
LCD: smaller physical size, sharper image, smaller power draw.
I have a 21" graphite Apple monitor of that vintage. Not an exact
match, but if your son wants all Apple, it would be an option.
