I forget now but I think it was wanting to take all files with names 
including a set of letters or something [i.e.,  "xaxaxa"] and strip 
out or delete those letters - or else add in others

just for example...I did a different thing but that might be helpful 
[I do know there is an app. that is called File Renamer or some such 
but wondered if there would be an Automator workflow]

another Q for tonite - explain the difference between Workflow and 
App made via Automator
