[DM-MUG] problems with MacBook Pro [small one] in Chile

well I thought it might be the harddrive and since she needs it for 
school and work, picked up a new 13" MBP [the new MacBooks are into 
the Apple Store right now! as are the other new things] - she'll need 
the power when she's in grad school = too bad she's not near 
Cupertino, but she's in a town of 1200 and it takes a day to get to 
any large city -- thanks!  I told her to get her stuff off the drive 
then shut it down and put it in a corner - it's sort of a backup that 
way and we can bring it home when we go visit her this christmas...
