I'll have David McLaughlin get in touch with you= I didn't get the
sense it was all that tough, just that he ran out of time. Perhaps
it's something that could be done fairly easily = it's not as if we
have loads to upload = we're mainly in need of [1] meeting info
before them and after and [2] occasional posting of reviews or items
of interest to all.
If there is not a transition soon, to someone willing and able to
take over the website, and David doesn't want to continue it then
it'll be a dead website just after people dug deep and contributed,
even when they could not afford it, and we paid $80 to keep the
domain name. Doesn't make much sense to me, frankly.
The benefit of a blogging format is that once the site is greated and
domain name patched over to it, then we can all share in the upkeep =
we don't have to ask webmaster to upload, if you have a review or
whatever it can be posted...but again, it's up to DMMUG members.
