if we cannot find someone to take it over, I am going to propose we 
either create a blog at Blogger or a page at Facebook and then we can 
just use the templates already provided and everyone here can post or 
not as they choose.  I need the webmaster volunteer by the end of 
next week, Oct. 23rd.

And webmastering does NOT need to be done by someone in DM = it can 
be done long distance, as long as the person will be responsive [we 
don't really demand all that much].
