AB it might be a good time to try Adobe Lightroom. Adobe has released
Lightroom 3 beta: It's scheduled to expire on April 30, 2010 which allows
four months of free use. I've been using Lightroom 3 beta for the past
month and it's operation has proven completely stable under Snow Leopard -
not one problem. I began by importing approximately 8500 RAW files (NEF or
Nikon) and have organized, deleted, treated and exported more than half of
them. From my research, it's my understanding that Adobe has advanced
Lightroom quite a bit farther than the current release of Aperture, in
respect to 64 bit compatibility and also in market share.
