[DM-MUG] recipe organizer, cross platform

Hi, do you know of a tool that is good for organizing recipes that
works well on Windows and Mac OS? It is for my wife. She currently
uses MS Publisher. It's big flaw is that it's platform specific. Also
it has no way to categorize recipes except by folders and therefore
you basically choose one category per recipe. I'd prefer something low
cost or free or even open source. She'd prefer something that lets you
use different colours and fonts and maybe clipart but I don't think
she's strongly attached to this feature.
