[DM-MUG] MiFi & iTouch

I bought the 3rd Gen ipod touch and it came with a wired stereo
headset w/ microphone. I don't need to use the bluetooth to use the
mic. I use it for skype calls and it works perfectly.

One thing the iPod touch doesn't have that an iPod does have is a
camera. Also, push notifications don't work the same on the iPod as
they do on the iPhone because the ipod has to be awake (w/ the screen
on) to get a push notification.

If you're a sprint customer (guessing from the fact that you're asking
about the mifi) you may want to consider getting one of the android
based phones. I have the Hero and it's a great phone. Not as good as
the iphone (plastic vs. glass/metal) but the internet is great, I get
excellent 3G/EV coverage, there are lots of developers adopting the
phone and the app store is growing daily. I think there is another
Android phone coming out any day now as well so you get to choose the
experience you want.

There's also the Palm Pre which is probably the most talked-about
smart phone in the developer community currently, and it's brand new,
lower priced sibling called the Pixie.
