Nice. I guess the earphone upgrade with mic you're talking about is a
bluetooth deal, or do they have a special 1/8th" jack that has an extra
conductor that is still compatible with a standard stereo headphone
jack? As far as the speaker is concerned, yeah, mine has the ability to
make that little clicky noise, but I've never seen any option to play
music or video sound out loud... Maybe I just need to look through the
options again. My ipod touch is getting pretty old, and the battery no
longer holds a charge for more than a few minutes. I use it mainly in
my car, hooked up to a cd player with a line in jack. If I was rolling
in money, I'd definitely get a new one.
