[DM-MUG] Opening iCal Event notice on a non-Mac

I send out quite a few iCal event notices... but the recipients only  
get the basic information of the notice if they are using a non-Mac  
computer. Is there a way that they can get the other (URL, Notes,  
Etc.) information of the iCal notice?
