MacOS X tags any file that doesn't have an extension and isn't 'owned'
by any program as a "Unix Executable File". This happens a lot when you
transfer something from MacOS 9 to OS X, or something from another
install of OS X where you chose to 'hide extension'. Basically, OS X
doens't know what to open the file with, and Unix Executable is the default.
