Thanks...I can't really answer that...Facebook is a social networking 
site so there are no promises of protection for people in your 
'friends' group..and there are no protections if law enforcement or a 
law suit subpoena come looking for what is said there [or anywhere 
else for that matter]...you need to read the rules or privacy 
commitment of Facebook to know...
