Mauri,
Here is some info i found online that may or may not be of help. It
looks like the reason you can only upload tunes that iTunes already
has is because of copyright laws. The reason those tunes that are in
iTunes did not upload is because of this track data. I've not used
iMixes so i'm of no help on how to match the track data. Maybe someone
else can give more help. Good luck and keep us posted on how it goes.

> An iMix can only contain tracks that are available for sale in the
> iTunes Store. When you upload playlist track data, an automatic
> procedure determines whether the song is available from the iTunes
> Store.
>
> iTunes Store track
> If a track was purchased from the iTunes Store (.m4a file) or is
> from a preview dragged in from the iTunes Store, the match is exact.
>
> Tracks encoded from CD
> If a track did not come from the iTunes Store (for example, an MP3,
> AIFF, or WAV that may have been imported from an audio CD), the
> match is performed via a search method. With the search method, the
> match will depend on how closely the track data matches the data in
> the iTunes Store. In many cases, these will be the same. For
> example, an MP3 with the track data "U2/The Joshua Tree/Bullet the
> Blue Sky" would successfully match.
>
> If a match is not made
> In other cases, however, your track data might differ enough from
> the iTunes Store track data that a match is not possible. For
> example, an MP3 file with the track data "Miles Davis/Ascenseur Pour
> L'échafaud/Sequence Voiture (Take 2) (Sur l'Autoroute)" would not
> be able to match the iTunes Store track data "Miles Davis/Ascenseur
> Pour L'échafaud/Sequence Voiture (Take 2)".
>
> You can use a iTunes Store preview in the playlist in place of the
> actual track. Alternatively, the track data could be edited to match
> the data in the iTunes Store.
