Moving your iTunes library to another computer
If you get a new computer, Setup Assistant helps you transfer files  
from another computer. If you don’t transfer
files during setup, you can transfer your iTunes library by connecting  
computers, or by using a portable hard
drive or iPod.
For more information, open Mac Help (in the Finder, choose Help > Mac  
Help) and search for “transferring files
between computers.” Also click the links below to see articles on the  
Apple Service & Support website.
When you sell or give away a computer, don’t forget to deauthorize it  
(choose Store > Deauthorize Computer).
