[DM-MUG] Transferring iTunes from iMac to PowerBook...

If you run the Migration Assistant when you turn on the MacBook Pro
for the first time (PowerBook was discontinued in January 2006),
you'll be able to migrate your Applications folder, your network
settings, and your entire User folder -- including intact iPhoto
libary, Mail smart folders & mailboxes, and iTunes library with
playlists. It will be just like turning on the iMac.
Apple just refreshed (and completely redesigned) the MacBook and
MacBook Pro lines in October. Although you might see increased
processor speeds as early as April (Apple tends to refresh each line
about twice a year, with some exceptions), I rather doubt they'll be
changing screen sizes or adding anything larger than the 17" MacBook
Pro.
After a quick Google search, I found that MacWeek changed its name to
eMedia Weekly in 1998. I don't know if eMedia Weekly is still being
published.
Peace,
CW
