[DM-MUG] Snow Leopard upgrade $29

The upgrade price is for those upgrading from Leopard (10.5) only.  
Anyone upgrading from Tiger (10.4) will have to pay the full $129 for  
a full install.

Show Leopard (10.6) will be Intel-only, so no PPCs (G3s, G4s or G5s)  
need apply. Intel machines began shipping with Tiger (10.4.6), so  
there will be no upgrade path from Panther (10.3) or earlier: machines  
old enough to run Panther would be PPCs.

Snow Leopard is expected to ship in September.
