I downloaded a fix from Microsoft Office and got a message saying that I had two copies of it, which one did I want to update. When I ran a search to try to find the second copy, nothing showed up directly, but I finally found that there is a COPY of the applications folder that is inside the applications folder. I have no idea how that folder got there, but I'm assuming that is where the second copy is. I tried to put it into the trash but it says that it is locked. Can anyone tell me how to remove it?

Also, I found this in the search: Application data. When I opened it is said: mysterystudio, then Sherlock, then Sherlock log sept
2008. Can I safely throw this away?

P.S. I thought I'd share the news that I have just published my cookbook, the Reluctant Vegetarian, and also to ask if anyone would advise me how to put together a web site using the host software, very inexpensively.
