Yeah, that was going to be my next suggestion. I've linked an Apple
Support article that might help. Essentially, it says to make sure
(a) your iBook is running OSX 10.3 or later and (b) AirPort software
3.3 or later. Apple suggests that, if your iBook does not meet these
requirements, you switch the Airport Extreme to use WEP instead.
